The Department of Anaesthesiology offers consultation in the comprehensive management of anesthetic care for surgical, diagnostic, and therapeutic procedures, and provides pre-and post-operative care including pain therapy and critical care. Our anaesthesiologist’s first concern is always patient safety. They work closely with surgeons, obstetricians, and other staff to identify the safest, most effective anesthesia options for each patient. Communication with patients is the key and often begins before patients have surgery.
